What return policies does Beauty Secrets consist of?
At Beauty Secrets, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unused and you must have the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
What about opened or used products?
We understand sometimes a product may not work out. Lightly used or opened items may be returned within 5 days of purchase.
What if I received a damaged or broken item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement of the product you originally ordered or store credit.
